So we’ve already pointed out the SGA President Connor McCarthy is using a special listserv of Honors students to help out his buddies.
Instead of wising up and not sending out these emails to his buddies anymore, President McCarthy decided to stick a stock “privileged” notice at the bottom of his emails.  In two emails sent [...]

Seemingly in response to the opinion piece attacking SGA last week in the Red and Black, SGA President Katy Bowers has an opinion piece today entitled “SGA requests opinions of all”.
I have quite a few comments about her opinions, so I am going to post my responses line by line.
Creating change in a community of [...]

CNN has an article about the Princeton Review of the top party universities, and the University of Georgia makes the list at #5. West Virginia scores the top spot, as the top party school in the nation.
I wonder if SGA parties count towards our award?

SGA VP Has Resigned

It seems that SGA Vice President Ali Gibbons has resigned.

The University Council webpage lists Vice President, Student Government Association as “Pending Replacement” (image above) and Ms. Gibbons’ name tag has been removed from outside the SGA office.
Hatin’ SGA will have further coverage on this breaking news.

This new version of The Key is quite amazing, and really easy to use. It has data for classes from 1999 through 2007, including info for new plus/minus graded classes.
Here is the press release regarding the new site:
