Here.
Josh Weiss took pictures and recorded interviews and some debate from the Demosthenian-hosted Great SGA Debate on Thursday night, and put together this excellent slideshow. My favorite picture:
On the left, SGA’s current VP Matt Suber seems to be watching quite intently, and seated on his left is SGA’s graduate advisor.

I just laughed when I saw this slideshow. The only other organization I find to be equally/more pretentious than SGA is Demosthenian. What’s really funny is that the number of people that voted for or against the resolution is probably the number of people who will vote in the upcoming SGA vote in total. Everyone gets together at these meetings and plays dress up and fancies themselves the taste makers of UGA, when really, 98% of the campus could care less about whats going on with any of it unless someone tries to take away Fall Break or the Key. Most wouldn’t be caught dead at one of these meetings. Thus is the sad truth about these type of meetings and organizations (SGA and Demosthenian alike) – they are full of sound and fury signifying little to nothing.
